Application Requirements for BSN 4 Years Program

Following requirements of the Queen College of Nursing must be met by all the applicants seeking admission in the Nursing programs.

• FSc (Pre-Medical) Minimum 50% marks from a recognized Board OR A-Level Certification and equivalence certificate from IBCC.
• Male / Female
• Age: 17-25 years
• Admission test and interview

Documents to be submitted

A candidate, who is eligible for admission, must submit attested copies of the following documents.

• SSC or equivalent foreign qualification certificate (one copy).
• HSSC or an equivalent foreign qualification certificate (one copy).
• SSC Result Card (one copy).
• HSSC Result Card (one copy).
• CNIC/Form B of the candidate (one copy).
• CNIC of Father/Spouse/Guardian (one copy).
• Bank draft of Rs. 1000/- as processing fee.
• Four Recent Passport Size color Photographs.
• Copy of pension book of father in case of Beneficiaries.
• FF Employees to provide service certificate duly signed / certified by the relevant FF authority.
• Photocioy of Domicile.
