Application Requirements for BSN 4 Years Program
Following requirements of the Queen College of Nursing must be met by all the applicants seeking admission in the Nursing programs.
FSc (Pre-Medical) Minimum 50% marks from a recognized Board OR A-Level Certification and equivalence certificate from IBCC.

Age: 17-25 years

A candidate, who is eligible for admission, must submit attested copies of the following documents.
SSC or equivalent foreign qualification certificate (one copy).
HSSC or an equivalent foreign qualification certificate (one copy).
SSC Result Card (one copy).
HSSC Result Card (one copy).
CNIC/Form B of the candidate (one copy).
CNIC of Father/Spouse/Guardian (one copy).
Bank draft of Rs. 1000/- as processing fee.
Four Recent Passport Size color Photographs.
Copy of pension book of father in case of Beneficiaries.
FF Employees to provide service certificate duly signed / certified by the relevant FF authority.
Photocioy of Domicile.
